I want to show you how to cook for yourself, your family, and anyone else you like to feed. My approach is one on one, hands on, and totally personalized to you, your family, and your life style. My only goal is to help you enjoy cooking, find healthy connections to food and its preparation and feel more empowered because you can cook what your family needs and wants.
Why is this important to me? Because I am passionate about food – making it, eating it, understanding it, and helping others do those three things. I am a strong advocate of good basic nutrient, understanding where food comes from and its effect on us – physically and socially.
